and today I read this
IBM HR shake-up could see 299,000 permanent staff jobs axed
………..in the article they quote:
IBM is considering cutting three-quarters of its 399,000 permanent staff in the next seven years and re-hiring them for projects as part of an HR strategy due to end in 2017.
This is exactly the movement we believed in 12 years ago and is written in my Chapter HERE – A Changing World – The Individual Capitalist
Also consider this statement they make:
“There would be no buildings costs, no pensions and no healthcare costs, making huge savings,” they said
